Analysis on the advantages of cast aluminum coated sand

Cast aluminum coated sand is especially used for processing and manufacturing cast aluminum parts. It is characterized by no need to dry and harden the sand mold, which reduces the wet strength, improves the yield and promotes the falling of the sand. Because there is no need for drying, the molding efficiency is high, the production cycle is short, the material cost is low, and it is easy to organize flow production. Because the cast aluminum coated sand has good fluidity and placement, the sand core has high strength, high dimensional accuracy, can be preserved for a long time, and has been widely used in industry.

Compared with other resin sand labels, cast aluminum coated sand has the following advantages:

1. The surface quality of sand core is good. With little or no coating, better casting surface quality and higher dimensional accuracy can be obtained.

2. The sand core has strong moisture absorption and long storage time, which is conducive to storage, transportation and use, less environmental pollution, green environmental protection, economy and environmental protection.
